The Berner Safety Holder is an accessory for the original Berner V Slicer and Grater. It is compatible with all Berner V Slicers and Graters. It fits safely together and protects your fingers from the sharpness of the Berner blade. The inner bar holds the material you are cutting. You can cut fruits and vegetables with minimal waste while at the same time protecting your fingers from the sharpness of the blade. Simply rinse with water after use to clean. The Berner Safety Holder is included with the original Berner V Slicer and can also be purchased as an accessory for the Berner Grater. It fits safely and securely in your hand and protects your fingers from the sharpness of the Berner blade. The inner tip of the holder holds the food you are cutting with the slicing or grating tool, allowing you to work quickly and with minimal waste of vegetables and fruits.
