Manufactured using technology from glass product manufacturers that have been around for over 70 years in Aomori Prefecture.
We make our own glass base, from shaft molding and coloring to pen tip molding and polishing,
All processes are carried out by hand by craftsmen.
Attach finely crushed colored glass to the glass base and stretch it,
It expresses deep and beautiful overlapping colors.
I combined the 3 colors “black and white” of the Itoya logo and “red” of the red clip.
Since it is made from a glass base at the factory, it can be designed with any thickness, from a thin shaft to a thick shaft.
In consideration of ease of grip, the glass pen this time adopted a simple shape with a diameter of about 12.5 mm, which is slightly thicker.
Part of the axis is cut flat and acts as a stop for rotation.
Since it is manufactured by hand, there are individual differences in the shape and size of the product.
