ISET MUSIC's Noise Gate Guitar Effects Pedal effectively conditions your guitar signal. This pedal is great if you want to reduce signal buzz when you're not playing.
The toggle switch has two settings: hard and soft. The hard setting adjusts the pedal to release quickly. The hard setting is perfect for removing unwanted string noise and creating clean silence between the notes of heavy metal riffs. Soft settings are relaxed on release, resulting in fewer abrupt exits.
The threshold knob adjusts when the pedal begins to block the signal. If you set the knob to -30DB, the pedal will block all signals below that value. Setting the threshold to a high value, such as 10, can create great effects with reverb and heavy distortion.
The True-Bypass Footswitch allows tones to pass through the pedal unaffected in the "off" position.
Note: Please note that this pedal cannot be powered by batteries. To power it up, you need a central negative DC9V power supply. Please purchase separately.
