I received 3 cups that I ordered way ahead of time. ! EXCELLENT ! The red cup is completely fine, everything works great and is super quiet! I can recommend it The Blue Beaker is very loud when adjusting the agitator. A squeak and a whistle.? ? ? Nothing works with the green cup and it is damaged. See photos . I can't recommend the last two cups. BUT EVERYTHING ELSE. EXCELLENT

Definitely very practical, e.g. to make cappuccino. Put hot water in, add powder, press the button, done. NOT SUITABLE FOR DISHWASHERS!!! The cup is made of plastic with an aluminum coating. There is a tight lid that also closes quite well. Holding it upside down is not advisable. I can't say anything about the warming quality yet. All in all a useful product

Unfortunately only one cup was refunded, but there are two cups, the green one (where nothing works) and the one that has damage (see pictures) was not refunded, only the blue cup was refunded ? Please refund the green cup . Kind regards Udo Schmidt

It works perfectly for my mothers late Christmas present, blending mechanism works to certain efficiency helps with the battery usage in the device which fyi make sure you all have double aa batteries before purchasing the mug lol.
