Directions: 1. Cleanse the area where you want to apply the patch and dry it completely. 2. Remove the white and yellow covers attached to the back of the product. 3. Align the center of the patch with the heel and apply it by wrapping the upper and lower wings. 4. Leave on for 4-8 hours, then remove the patch.
