UPDATE: when I used them on a customer when doing the neck line they froze and got stuck in the man's neck hair and cut his neck I had to cut them out of his neck hair I'm lucky he didn't get mad I've been doing hair 23years and have never had a pair of clipper cause an Injury to a customer like these did
