I'm so sorry, because I ordered it as a gift. Namely, this product arrived damaged, with a tear in the lid. And yet it's not that cheap. I understand that it is not the seller's fault that the defect occurred during shipping, but I believe that products like this should be placed in packages that protect them from damage, not in regular packages. I contacted Support and was asked to destroy the product and provide the evidence. I can't commit such barbarism, I prefer to use it as a container in the kitchen.

It works really well for me. Between 7-10 hrs it keeps the drinks within 45 degrees. After that time, it feels that it is not working well. It works for me because I want to drink sometime warm when I wake up and my tea is ready for me. It also helps me during my working hours without interruptions. And finally i know that if I drink 3 full bottles a day I have drank enough water a day.

Delivery time 15 days. Item as described. I recommend it to all travelers and not only. The thermos does its job by keeping hot beverages warm for a long time. e.g. hot water keeps its heat for 15 hours. Initial temperature as indicated by 72 degrees. after 15 hours 37 degrees I recommend 👍

The thermos came on time, but even today I don't know how to remove the smell of Chinese plastic from the inside, it's from the lid. That's why any drink I put smells like plastic and it's not pleasant to drink. Write, have you encountered such a problem?
