Twice I order this item and twice it is the wrong size. Cane ordered in 3 meters received a first time in 2 meters 40 then in 2 meters 70. What can you do to compensate me? Please give me an answer. THANKS.

Rod is not 3.60 meters as described, it is only 3.10 meters, so I wonder where the other 0.50 meters went? Guide rings bent, quality, he bad than right.
