Product Description: Cooperative Founded in 1976 Commitment to People and the Environment USDA Organic Certified Kosher Hericium erinaceus NO Irradiation Certified Organic by QAI Frontier Co-op® Dried Hericium Erinaceus Mushrooms are firm and tender with a sweet, earthy flavor that makes them a great meat substitute.

Directions: Simply rinse the dried mushrooms in cold water. Soak in warm water equal to twice the volume of mushrooms. Soak for 1 hour and 30 minutes. The mushrooms should be firm and tender. If dry or rough, continue soaking until desired consistency is achieved. Squeeze out excess water. Use mushrooms as needed. Use remaining water as a base for sauces, soups, and stocks.
