Troubleshooting methods and reasons for common problems during installation, debugging, and use:
Reminder: If the machine has been used for a period of time and there is no or reduced drug absorption, please replace the small sealing ring of the movement in a timely manner. The installation height of the pump body should be based on convenience for future maintenance and operation, leaving sufficient space for future maintenance and operation.A. Reason for no water discharge from the dosing device:
1. The direction of water flow is reversed, and the elimination method is to correct the direction of water inflow.
2. The water pressure is too low and the dosing device cannot start normally. The troubleshooting method is to install a booster and increase the water pressure.
B. Troubleshooting the reasons for the non suction of the dosing device:
1. During the assembly of the new machine, there should be no air leakage at the suction tube and nozzle connection. Air leakage can cause the dispenser to not suction, or when the dispenser is stopped, the medicine liquid will return to the medicine barrel and the suction tube will become empty, and the medicine liquid will no longer be sucked up halfway. These phenomena are all caused by improper installation of the suction tube and air leakage (simple method to determine air leakage: place the medicine bucket below the dispenser higher than the dispenser. If the suction is normal, it can be determined that the suction tube is not properly installed and there is air leakage at the interface. Reminder: severe air leakage or small water output cannot be determined using this method). To prevent air leakage, apply a layer of sealing grease from the white box of the spare parts package on the outer side of the mouth when installing the suction tube, Then insert the suction hose again.
2. If the sound of the dosing device working slows down or disappears after a period of use, the troubleshooting method is to unscrew the upper cover and replace the two large sealing rings on the movement. If the working sound of the movement is normal and the dosing device does not suck or the amount of medication is reduced, simply replace the small sealing ring on the medication lever and apply special sealing grease maintenance agent (shipped without sealing grease maintenance agent).
C. Solution to the problem of water entering the medicine bucket:
Clean and install the bottom valve of the suction hose or replace the bottom valve (usually only disassemble and flush it, rarely requiring replacement of the bottom valve)

Install the anti siphon valve. The reason is that the thickness and flow distribution of the pipeline branch design are unreasonable, not pump issues, but rather pipeline design issues
Warning: The dosing device must be used within the parameters, and a water filter and water pressure regulating valve should be installed at the inlet. Water hammer absorbers should be installed at the inlet and outlet where the switch is frequent. If the water output capacity of the dosing device is exceeded, or if the water volume is too high for a long time, the dosing device needs to be maintained more frequently. It is best to control the water pressure between 0.1-0.2 MPa to extend the service life of the dosing device. If the viscosity of the medicine solution is high, it must be reduced, otherwise it will cause internal machine parts to break. It is prohibited to lengthen the suction tube without permission. If the suction tube is too long, it will damage the movement.
Reminder: The three sealing rings inside the plastic bag, large, medium, and small, are spare parts. Keep them for future use when the sealing ring of the movement is worn out.
