How to use For sensitive teeth, we recommend using it in conjunction with the following toothbrushing techniques: Basic position of the toothbrush: The bristles of the toothbrush are not raised, but are parallel to the gums and teeth, and then aligned with the outer surface of the teeth. Activation phase: Place the bristles on the gums and teeth.

Movement phase: The brush head now slowly brushes from the gums to the teeth and finally moves to the occlusal surface.

Repeat 3 times per tooth, brushing each tooth individually. It is important not to apply too much force.
