How to use Unless otherwise specified, for prayer catarrh, drink a cup of tea infusion prepared as follows: 3-4 times a day Mix about 2 cups (about 1.4 g) of tea leaves with rum leaves in a glass of foamy boiling water (about 150 ml) and drink for about 10 to 15 minutes. Make the cold extract 3 to 4 times a day for brushing and bag preparation.
