Product Description: Cotton balm is for hair. Paraben-free. Suitable for colored hair. Like nature's extended cotton flowers, Volume Bloom plumps fine hair with long-lasting, bouncy volume. Full-Lift Volumizer creates volume without collapsing. When using shampoo, conditioner and full lift together.
How to use the product: Spray on wet hair from the roots to the ends. Do not wash off.
Ingredients: Purified water, VP/VA copolymer, acrylate copolymer, triethanolamine, phenoxyethanol, caprylyl.
