To sharpen, insert the knife into the slot and make a movement towards you and so on several times until the result satisfies us (all movements in the same direction). After sharpening, the knife must be carefully (!) washed with warm water with the addition of dishwashing detergent. The sharpener cannot be washed in a dishwasher.
