I made an order for over 100 PLN, the package did not arrive because the label did not include the house or apartment number. The website shows that the package was delivered, so I am not entitled to a guarantee, and the post office said that the package was returned to the sender. I received an SMS with the code needed for collection, but the package did not arrive and I did not provide this code, I just do not know why the status is "delivered". I wrote an email to the logistics department, no response so far.
