Description
Recycled watch made from marine plastic
“Time for Oceans”
The case and strap are made from 100% recycled marine plastic produced by “#tide Ocean Material” in Switzerland. Marine waste was converted into granules with the help of solar energy and remolded into a watch.
Designed with inspiration from the ocean
The colors are “deep blue, seaweed, coral, and seal”, each of which is associated with the ocean.
Waterproof to 10 ATM, “Time for Oceans” is filled with inspiration from the ocean, including a dial inspired by 3D molded waves and hands inspired by buoys floating on the surface of the sea.
“Time for Change” symbolizes the change in watches
In 1998, TRIWA launched a collection called “Time for Peace”, a watch made from “Humanium Metal”, a metal made from recovered illegal firearms, as its first value-driven product that placed importance on the meaning and significance of launching a product.
Under the tagline "Time for Change", TRIWA will continue to launch value-driven products to make watches a symbol of change. And this time, the new theme "Time for Oceans" aims to upcycle marine waste and raise awareness of the important health of the ocean.
