If the shoe box is taped upon delivery, exchanges or returns are not possible. If the product or accessories (shoe box, price tag, plastic wrapping, etc.) are lost or damaged, exchanges or returns are not possible.
Exchanges and returns are not possible in cases where the product has been used, if more than 7 days have passed since receiving the product, or if the product and accessories are lost or damaged (e.g., if the box has been taped, or if the clothing shows signs of washing).
