HAGANE GEAR
What we aimed for was rolling things that didn't change.
A block of metal is pressed with high pressure and finished with micron accuracy without cutting. A unique technology called precision cold forging creates hard, tenacious gears and enables smooth rolling.
X ship
Increased drive gear diameter, arrangement of both pinion and drive gears, 2-point support with pinion gear bearings. The meshing of these sturdy gears holds a light reeling that is resistant to loads.
Silent Drive

The basic design of the entire body and drive-related parts were reviewed one by one, and fine rattling, gaps, and shaking between parts were thoroughly eliminated down to the smallest detail.
core protect
Due to the polka dot formation effect of the water repellent treatment, we succeeded in suppressing water intrusion even when there are fine gaps. It is now possible to improve the waterproof effect without increasing rotational resistance. Furthermore, since it is non-contact, the waterproof effect lasts for a long time without wear.
G free body
Sliding function parts for moving the spool back and forth were placed on top of the reel body, and the center of gravity of the entire reel was successfully brought close to hand. Thus, the sense of unity with the rod is improved, leading to a reduction in fatigue due to casting and an improvement in rod operability.
AR-C spool
A spool with a special spool ring shape. Thus, a line rectification effect was created, and both suppression of line trouble and long-throw performance were achieved.
