Delivery takes place after 21 days. The artificial flowers were shipped in an air cushion envelope inside a thin plastic bag.👍 Had ordered 2x10 pieces directly and also received this number. I like the product itself very much. 🥰 They are very beautiful in color, even if the color accents of green and blue are not necessarily strong. I was surprised by the texture of the flowers, they are very soft and feel like a touch of velvet. Unfortunately, some flowers have retained unsightly creases from the packaged condition, although they still look natural, they might have been better if they hadn't been shipped quite so cramped. Can't wait to show them off in my new apartment.🥰 Definitely won't be the last ones I order. Gladly again!

The order arrived earlier than they had told me. The information in the app about how they are managing it is daily. I asked via chat when they were going to deliver it to me and the response was immediate and super complete. The package came very crushed but everything inside arrived in good condition, I will have to wait for them to take shape a bit. I am actually very happy with the service. The color of the cleats is a little different from what I ordered.

Half the address is missing from the label. Luckily the postman remembered me from previous deliveries or else my parcel would have been lost. The complete address is on my account there is no excuse for this error.
