How to brew a cup of healthy blue lotus tea?
It’s easy as winking. Take 1 tea bag and then pour 8 fl.oz of boiled water (About 90-95°C/ 195-205°F). Wait for 6-8 minutes and then enjoy it!
Better flavor with some honey or lemon. You can also try it at different steeping times according to your flavor!
However, note that long-steeping time will make the bitter taste much more obvious!
